Navigantium is a reputation company built for a world shaped by geopolitical competition, artificial intelligence and contested information. We help governments, institutions and businesses build authority, create opportunity and defend their interests.

Our work is underpinned by geopolitical understanding, investigative capability, specialist networks and deep AI expertise. We use intelligence to understand the forces affecting our clients, and technology to strengthen their ability to respond. Hemisphere provides continuing monitoring and early warning; our bespoke AI tools give clients and partners new capabilities in their own operations.

ABOUT NAVIGANTIUM
01 — Built through international assignments

Navigantium’s founder, Darren Lewis, brings more than 15 years of experience in communications, publishing, institutional engagement and crisis response. He spent a decade directing global communications for the Institute for Economics & Peace, including the Global Peace Index and Global Terrorism Index, with programmes reaching audiences across 170 countries.

That work connected research with governments, international institutions, journalists and business leaders. It required publication development, international briefings, partnerships and delivery across markets. Sensitive assignments also involved hostile digital campaigns and organisations operating in fragile environments.

Navigantium grew from this experience: assignments where communications, intelligence, relationships and operational delivery needed to work together.

02 — A firm built for 2026

Navigantium brings communications, intelligence and technology together to build influence, develop opportunities and defend our clients’ interests. Its capabilities address an environment shaped by geopolitical competition, fragmented media, coordinated campaigns and the rapid adoption of AI.

We develop technology as part of the firm’s capability. Hemisphere supports threat monitoring and early warning. Spectre connects business and operational information. CSAT provides content and language assurance. Alongside these tools, we build custom AI applications, automated workflows, platforms and production systems.

This capability serves both continuing programmes and specific assignments—from establishing an institution’s international presence to developing an operational AI system or responding to a hostile campaign.

03 — One mandate, coordinated delivery

Clients commission Navigantium with a defined objective. We agree the scope, assemble the required specialists and direct the work under one accountable lead.

A global research launch can bring together publishing, media, institutional briefings and distribution. A market assignment can combine country intelligence, counterparty assessment and direct engagement. A defence mandate can connect investigation, evidence, communications and technical response.

The founder directs the client relationship and key decisions, supported by analysts, researchers, creatives, developers and local specialists selected for the assignment. Where the work requires it, delivery includes deployment on the ground.

Retained programmes maintain the relationships, intelligence and systems between major assignments, giving clients continuity as their requirements develop.
