Defence & Crisis Response ↗
We establish the immediate priorities, investigate the activity and coordinate our work with your leadership, legal advisers and technical or security teams.
A coordinated response to threats against your organisation.
When a hostile campaign, false claim or digital incident begins to affect your organisation, decisions follow quickly. What is happening? Who is being reached? What evidence should be preserved? What should leadership say, and when?
Navigantium brings intelligence, communications and technology into one assignment. We establish the immediate priorities, investigate the activity and coordinate our work with your leadership, legal advisers and technical or security teams.
What we do01
Detect threats & prepare to act ↘
Threat monitoring, exposure assessments, response plans and leadership exercises. We identify emerging risks and establish responsibilities, escalation routes and communications before an incident develops.02
Investigate attacks & establish the facts ↘
Investigations, digital forensics and evidence preservation for hostile campaigns, disinformation, impersonation, deepfakes and cyber incidents. We examine sources, coordination and impact, working with legal, security and technical specialists.03
Lead the response & protect positions ↘
Crisis counsel, stakeholder communications, media handling and reputation recovery. We prepare leadership, coordinate the response, pursue corrections and help protect relationships, confidence and the client’s ability to operate.Defence & ResponseHostile campaigns and disinformation
01We examine the claims, sources, distribution and signs of coordination behind a campaign. The assessment distinguishes supported findings from unresolved questions and sets out response options, including when public engagement may amplify the problem.
Impersonation and manipulated media
02We document false accounts, websites and suspected manipulated content, assess authenticity where possible and prepare evidence for the relevant platform or adviser. Communications can then address the audiences and relationships affected.
Cyber incident communications
03We support leadership, employee, customer and stakeholder communications during a cyber incident. Work is coordinated with the advisers handling the technical investigation and legal response. Specialist extortion response is arranged as part of a defined team where required.
We prepare communications and stakeholder engagement around litigation, restructuring, closures, market exits and other sensitive developments. Intelligence and scenario planning help the team anticipate questions and prepare its response.
Disputes and sensitive changes
