Bank
Reputation affects what people will pay, whom they will partner with and where they will place their confidence. For companies, institutions and individuals, these effects can have substantial commercial value.
Navigantium assesses that value, prices the opportunities it creates and develops indices to track changes over time. The purpose is to give clients a firmer basis for negotiations, investment and decisions about how their reputation is used.
Understand what your reputation is worth
We examine where reputation contributes to your position. That may include recognition among a particular audience, authority on a subject, customer preference, institutional relationships or the ability to attract partners.
The assessment considers both the strength of those attributes and their relevance to a specific objective. A large audience, for example, may have limited value to a prospective sponsor if it does not reach the people that sponsor needs to influence.
We make the evidence, assumptions and limitations of each assessment explicit, distinguishing measured performance from estimates of potential value.
Establish the sources of value
We develop commercial propositions for sponsorship, speaking, publishing, partnerships and other uses of reputation. This involves defining what is being offered, assessing comparable opportunities where available and considering the rights, access, commitments and associations involved.
The resulting assessment supports pricing and negotiation. It also helps clients judge whether an offer adequately reflects what they bring and whether the proposed relationship is likely to strengthen their standing.
Price the opportunity
We develop indices and reporting frameworks around the audiences and outcomes that matter to the client. These can track awareness, trust, authority, sentiment and competitive position, alongside relevant commercial indicators.
Measurement provides a basis for comparing performance over time and deciding where further investment is justified. It can also reveal where visibility is increasing without a corresponding improvement in trust or opportunity.
Bank brings valuation and measurement into the same conversation as reputation strategy, connecting the work undertaken with the value it is intended to create.
